These Terms apply to your use of the Mytha website, demo forms, booking links, and related pre-sales communications. Paid services, account access, pricing, service levels, cancellation rights, payment obligations, support scope, and customer-specific call handling should be governed by a signed order form, subscription terms, or customer agreement.

Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information when submitting forms, and avoid interfering with the security, availability, or normal operation of the site. You may not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that you are not authorized to access.

Service descriptions

Mytha provides AI receptionist and business-assistant workflows for home service companies, including call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, urgent-call routing, and front-office support workflows. Website descriptions are general and may change as the product evolves.

Results and availability

Website examples, ROI references, and outcome statements are illustrative. Actual results depend on call volume, industry, offer quality, phone configuration, calendar availability, crew capacity, response speed, business rules, integrations, and customer implementation choices.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party service outages.

Intellectual property

Website content, product names, copy, design, graphics, software, and visual materials belong to Mytha or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mytha is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
